Works at 338 Oxford are progressing well. Construction by the main contractor are nearly complete, with brickwork and the external boundary wall finished. Tiling in bathrooms, kitchen and hallway have been completed, and toilet installations have commenced. Partitions have been erected with electrical outlets and insulation, with an undercoat of paint already applied.
Door frames, doors and roller door are still being installed. Other ongoing work include wall cladding and other carpentry, sound curtains, air conditioning and furnishing.
There is still lots of work that will need to be done by Busy Bees include: housekeeping to make space for scaffolding in the main hall, painting and carpet installation. So we really appreciate anyone who can lend a hand! Check out the ‘What’s On’ page for details and dates.
