Serve in a ministry

The Men’s Ministry is extremely important, as we know that men are dealing with serious issues of temptation on a daily basis, which can threaten to derail their walk with the Lord and their role as husband, father, brother or son. We hold events throughout the year that allow the men of Sonlife to come together to be equipped, pray for each other, and encourage each other to be godly men of the Lord. We aim to build accountability within the group as we share our burdens and trust our Lord to strengthen us to fight the good fight of faith together.

At Sonlife, we believe that every woman is precious in the eyes of our God. Even though the world tends to look on the outside, we know that true beauty is found in the image of God within each of us. This ministry empowers every lady (from any background and generation) to be the person God has intended them to be. We meet up for breakfast, coffee and cake; share life-stories; play games; and do life with one another.

Being a young adult is an exciting, but at times overwhelming, season of life. At Sonlife, the Young Adults (YA) Ministry is all about encouraging genuine and supportive relationships and tackling the relevant issues of life in an honest and practical way. In doing so, Sonlife YA hosts regular events throughout the year, to bring our young adults together in fellowship, inspire them to live in a Christ-centred way, equip them to tackle the hurdles of life, and simply have a great time!

At Sonlife Kids, we are dedicated to teaching your children about God’s character and how we can live out His teachings every day! We love to have fun exploring the love and grace of God through stories, music, games, craft and other exciting activities in a safe and caring environment. All our kids ministry areas are nut-free and children require a parent or guardian to sign them in and out each week. As a part of maintaining a safe environment, each child visiting for the first time will need to register prior to joining their groups. Parents are able to do this at the sign-up stations located in each room.

Tiny Treasures is a unique playgroup for parents, grandparents and carers to bring their babies and toddlers together for a time to connect, play, sing, laugh, learn, share and gain support. We aim to provide a support network for the local community through the common bond of one of our greatest gifts – our children.
